Terrain/ Plot Study
A geotechnical study of the land is carried out to define its possibilities for steel framing building. In addition, a study of energy efficiency and water and CO2 consumption will be carried out in order to maximize the ecological and economic efficiency of the construction work.
Project definition
Here comes the choice of design, engineering studies, 2D projection, 3D plans and virtual tours un the steel framing building project. In addition, we proceed to process work permits.
Structural calculation

Soil movements
In any construction there is a soil movement. This is why we remove the superficial organic vegetable layer and a compact granular soil is added by layers to level the ground. Then is a waterproof geo-membrane is installed on which we will empty the concrete.
Plaquettes
Installation of exterior slabs and coverings based on the chosen wall and insulation systems: OSB plate, vapour barriers, high density EPS, fiberglass mesh, mortar base coat and textured final colour.
Roof deck
Ceiling cover placement and carrying out the corresponding hydraulic tests of the roof elements.
Installations
Simultaneous placement of all project facilities, which allows considerably shortening the times, with the advantage that we can remove the gutters and debris before finishing the construction of the walls.
Opening Placements
Once the walls have been covered with the vapour barrier, installation of the opening proceeds with exact measurement.
Sanitaryware/Furniture/Taps/Electrical installation
Together with the cladding and decorative elements, the installation of sanitary ware, furniture, taps, and electrical installation is carried out to the continue with lighting and home automation details for the steel framing building project.
Interior painting and decoration
Finally, we proceed to paint and decorate the house.
