HOW IS THE RESALE VALUE?

Like a traditional home, resale value is linked to the age and condition of the home. With maintenance levels similar to those of a traditional home the resale value is the same.

ARE THEY MORTGABLE?

DO YOU NEED MORE MAINTENANCE THAN TRADITIONAL HOUSING?

WHAT HAPPENS TO STEEL PROFILES IF MOISTURE ENTERS, IS THERE CORROSION RISK? ARE HOUSES DURABLE?

The structure profiles are made of galvanized steel, that is, steel coated with a layer of pure zinc on both sides protecting it from corrosion. In the systems developed in Argentina, the sheet used has a zinc coating of 275 gr / m2 on both sides, which is 50% higher than that required by American regulations, and equal to the one used for external coating with galvanized, with a proven corrosion resistance. In addition, the profiles are enclosed within the panel, without being in contact with the external and internal environment of which they are separated by the water-repellent insulation and the internal vapour barrier respectively, therefore, in the absence of moisture, there is no risk of corrosion. If there is a loss, for example of a water pipe, the amount of zinc that the profiles possess is more than enough to protect the profile from corrosion. Recall that the zinc coating used is the same as that applied to roof sheets, which are continuously subjected to the action of rain. It also admits any type of exterior finish, including exposed brick and all types of interior cladding: papers, paint, ceramics, etc. The architect can design without restrictions. It is not essential to modulate the dimensions, however greater advantages of the system can be obtained if the modulation of the structure is known, which is every 0.40 m or every 0.60 m depending on the systems. Also large openings can be projected, such as double garage doors, window doors, etc.

HOW DOES ACOUSTIC INSULATION WORK IN DRY CONSTRUCTION WALLS?

The term acoustic insulation is used when it is desired to minimize noise transmission generated outside or inside an ambiance, such as other premises, being also a separating function elements. WHAT ADVANTAGES MAY OBTAINED FROM A TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM IN THE BUILDING STRUCTURE CALCULATION?
