A project engineering or detailed engineering is the result of the analysis of a particular work to be built in steel framing and could be described as the translation of traditional plans to steel framing plans (SF). Its development results in a series of technical documents necessary for the planning and execution in SF of the project in question, in a quick and safe way, optimizing both material and labour resources.
The documentation developed in a detailed engineering includes:
-Memory calculation: includes the analysis of loads, considering the particular project based on specific aspects, such as geographical location, construction destination, materiality, etc. Calculations based on the European technical code. From this, are defined the structural profiles sections, required for each project component.
-Workshop plans: project detailed plans of each of the panels, roofs, slabs and components, in such as all the necessary information for their pre-assemblement, the task of assembling can be carried out by our professional team, and panels can be pre-assembled out both on site and in a workshop.
-Mounting plans: they allow to properly assemble the unit components in which the structure is decomposed: panels, floor and roof beams, pissed off, bracing, anchors, etc.
